COVID-19 UPDATE FROM BOUCLÈME


We are currently living in a highly unusual time, our thoughts are with those who have been affected by Covid-19 or by the mental health difficulties of living in isolation.

We thought it would be useful to share with you how things are working at Bouclème for clarity on orders, delivery and protocol. Our very small (but perfectly formed) team is WFH and staying safe. Our warehouse where all orders are processed is strictly following the government guidelines and regulations.

We are still processing orders as quickly as possible although they are taking 5-6 days longer due to staff shortages and adhering to the standards set by the government. We are now using a Yodel trackable service for all standard delivery within the UK and are aware they're currently experiencing delays, this is due to the large volume of packages passing through their network and staff shortages. UK Next day deliveries are being shipped using Yodel 24. This service is still quicker but next day currently can not be guaranteed.

International orders are also taking longer to process for a due to a drastic reduction in international travel leading to a huge drop in international flights plus some borders are only just reopening. All international orders are being shipped via Trakpak or DHL and receive a tracking link however updates are slow, this does not indicate that your parcel has been lost, the tracking will eventually update as your parcel makes progress albeit very slowly. International express services are quicker but again we cannot guarantee the delivery times.

Stock levels are generally good most 1 litres are now back in stock and all should be fully stocked at the end of May.
