Order Processing
All orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday - Friday are processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and despatched the following business day. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed and sent out the following Monday or business day.
Please note orders are not processed or sent out on weekends and bank holidays.

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Poland and prices include all taxes due. There are no additional customs charges for orders within the EU.

International Delivery
Orders to other international destinations are shipped via TrakPak and DHL. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and this will vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the order.
Orders normally arrive within 2-16 days. If your order is being shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Be aware that delivery in Mexico can't be proceeded anymore.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery that are outside of our control including industrial action, severe weather conditions or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
