- Hi Louise, thank you for the question! Our Curl Cleanser is a co-wash (conditioning wash). It is great at adding moisture to drier scalps and curls. However, if your hair is wavy, I would suggest starting with our Hydrating Hair Cleanser as the Curl Cleanser could be too heavy for your fine hair. If your scalp is typically dry you can always alternate between the two 🙂 Yes, our cleansers are to be used as a shampoo, although they will not foam up the same so it's important to ensure all the product is rinsed out thoroughly! - Is using conditioner after the curl cleanser necessary?
- Hi Carina! It is completely down to personal preference, you may find your hair has enough moisture added from the Curl Cleanser alone and your hair doesn't need any added moisture. But using a conditioner even just on the lengths of your hair will help the overall condition of your curls and help to add slip when de-tangling!
